Our Fintech team is looking to hire 1 junior recruiter into their team. This is a fresh team with one of our London top billers - Alex Piercy. Together, you will dominate the Finance market - speaking to Investment banks, Hedge funds, Private Equity, and Venture Capitalist and networking with top executives.
The ideal candidate should be bilingual in Cantonese & English, interested in the finance and/or investment field, and have a strong interest in Sales, Business Development, and Networking.
You will:
- Network with Senior executives & hiring managers within the Finance & Investment industry in Hong Kong, generating potential client leads and converting them into signed clients
- Source mid-senior candidates within Finance & Investments by cold-calling, LinkedIn messaging, and networking to meet your client's needs
- Manage end-to-end interview processes, coordinating interviews, collecting feedback, negotiating salaries, and securing the offer
- Perform active business development, bringing in new clients through frequent client meetings, cold-calling, and providing market insight and knowledge, building long term relationships
- Build strong networks within your specialisation with Senior Managers, Directors, and CEOs of MNCs and Fortune 500 Companies, converting them into commercial opportunities
- Have the opportunity to build and develop your own recruitment business, leveraging on Gravitas mentorship, support, and training to make it a success
